Legal & Financial Operations

Recover unpaid balances. Fix messy intake. See your firm’s numbers.

I run the accounts receivable, client intake, and performance reporting that small law firms don’t have time to run well — working in the systems you already use, without the cost of a full-time hire.

The work

Most small firms are busy doing the work, not running the back office. Invoices age past 90 days. Good leads slip through the cracks. And when leadership asks how the firm is really doing, the answer lives in someone’s head instead of a clean report. I handle those functions directly — the follow-up, the intake, the reporting — so the firm keeps its cash flowing, its pipeline organized, and its numbers visible.

Problems I solve

Unpaid invoices that keep aging

Balances sit past 30, 60, 90 days because no one has time for consistent, compliant follow-up.

Leads that quietly disappear

Intake comes in, but without a reliable process, good prospects never get followed up.

A system that’s become a mess

Clio or Lawmatics is set up, but the data is inconsistent and no one trusts it.

No clear view of performance

Leadership can’t easily see consultations, conversions, or results across the firm.

Why work with me

Most people who offer law-firm support know either intake or billing, and treat the software as a black box. I work across all three: the money side, the intake side, and the reporting layer on top. I do this work now inside a U.S. law firm, on Clio, Lawmatics, and Turbine, applying U.S. collections rules and firm billing policy consistently. It’s current, hands-on experience, and I run it independently against targets without needing supervision.

How I work
01

Assess

I review what exists now — the account list, the pipeline, the system, or the data — before changing anything.

02

Clean & Organize

I bring order: prioritizing accounts, organizing records, structuring a manual workflow, or defining the metrics.

03

Deliver & Document

I do the work and document it so it’s audit-ready and repeatable.

04

Hand Off

I leave behind a cadence, SOP, or template your team can maintain, so the improvement lasts past the engagement.

Let’s bring your back office under control.

If your firm is losing money to unpaid invoices, disorganized intake, or a system no one has time to manage, let’s talk. A short call is enough to tell whether I can help.
